This course is suitable for mothers-to-be in their second and third trimesters (13 weeks onwards).

Join Helena, an experienced yogini and mother of two, for a wonderfully relaxing, weekly yoga class which will bring mind and body into balance. Each of the six classes introduces you to beautiful hand gestures (mudra), empowering breathing techniques (pranyama) and uplifting and energising postures (asana).

Each class finishes with a wonderful guided relaxation, allowing you to calm your busy mind, and face the week ahead with confidence.

The course is a fully comprehensive pregnancy yoga course. The six weekly classes have been broken down into the different sections of a yoga class, allowing you to complete these at your own pace. All six classes are available to join straight away.

The six MP3s are guided meditations for listening at the end of each class. You may also repeat them whenever you need to feel relaxed.
