As a mum of 2 and experienced yogini, Helena specialises in maternal physical and mental health and wellbeing under Operation:Mama and with the The Happy Little Company. She teaches pregnancy yoga and postnatal yoga to help other mums and mums-to-be feel nurtured and supported throughout their motherhood journey.
